Vintage Viking Glass Epic Line Long Tail Bird #1311 in Persimmon / Amberina - the iconic ruby to amber fade.
The Viking Glass Company of New Martinsville, West Virginia introduced their long-tailed birds in late 1961 and produced them through the 1970s-80s. This is the classic #1311 version with the 2-1/2" diameter base (the #1310 is closer to 3").
This is a quintessential example of Mid-Century Modern design, prized for its fluid silhouette and vibrant Ruby to Amberina hues.
