Size: About 7 inches tall - you measured it perfectly - which is the small water / juice pitcher size.
Construction: Hand-blown with an applied handle, pinched spout, and a rough pontil mark on the bottom where it was broken off the blowing rod. You can see the pontil in your 3rd photo - that's a good sign of authentic hand-made West Virginia glass.
Era: 1960s - 1980s is the peak period for this colorway. Blenko calls it Tangerine, collectors also call it Ruby Amberina or Citrine.
It's a very popular collecting color because of that sunset fade.
